Meet 'The Megster'.....

Yep, OPEN HOUSE!!! at mine.....everyone from church is invited to an 'afternoon on the farm' Saturday 10th July - 2pm onwards. There will be a note in Elim Express on Sunday. We've got four cows, two sheep, chickens, Meg (the puppy), cats etc etc....bring a picnic too - drinks will be provided!! I'll have maps with me on Sunday! Hope you can all make it (and if not, let me know - and you can always visit another time).

Hello Penny. Surely if you've got that lot, then you don't need picnics: all you need is a really big barbeque.

Not sure how puppies and cats would taste though. Still life is all about trying new things...

Jonathan - I'm shocked! How could you even suggest it?! I do believe we served up Ostrich once though?! Nuff said really! I did hear a strange story once - a couple came to stay in England (& they were used to eating dog meat)....anyway, they thought they'd found the same here - and it was several weeks before they discovered that 'Chappy' (or whatever it was they bought from the supermarket) was actually FOR dogs! Doesn't even bear thinking about really!

What have you got for dinner tonight???

Turkey I think. It's the cheapest option for a highly carniverous diet like mine.

Went to Thorntons in Bluewater today. That's a dangerous place. You can pick up bags of mis-shapes 3 for 2. Highly recommended for any chocoholics out there.
